Our XBOX
conversion campaign (valid until 30.10.06):
- Guarantee acceptance: If
you let us convert your Xbox we take over the manufacturer’s guarantee for
it (only new installation with intact guarantee seal). For example: is
your Xbox 2 month old we will take over the remaining 10 month guarantee. The
guarantee period from Microsoft is 12 month. Please insert the receipt as proof
of purchase. For the conversion itself (chip and installation) we give a 2 year
guarantee!
- GRATIS: For each conversion you
will receive a Xbox RGB-Audio Scart cabel
(for optimal picture quality) and a Crossover network cable (in order to
connect the Xbox with your PC) FREE OF CHARGE. |

1. Procedure:
Please fill out the Xbox conversion dispatch form. Afterwards press once on "send". With this you produce a confirmation. Print it out and enclose it with your console.
2. General:
Guarantee:
We give a 2 year guarantee on all Xbox conversions. (Attention: The manufacturer's guarantee expires)
Duration:
The conversion will take about 1 week by Post. You will then receive your console back against payment in advance or cash on delivery (plus 8,00 EUR - International: 20,00 EUR).
Please take note that it can take a bit longer in case of difficult repairs. In such a case we will inform you by telephone or E-Mail.
Important:
Please give a valid telephone number or mobile number for any queries.
Please JUST send the console WITHOUT cable, controller, etc.!
Delivery charges:
The delivery charges are:
National - payment in advance : 5,00 EUR / cash on delivery: 8,00 EUR
International - payment in advance: 12,00 EUR / cash on delivery: 20,00 EUR

Payment:
Payment will be made in advance or cash on delivery, this means you pay the whole amount in advance or directly to the postman on delivery. From now on you can also pay by PayPal. In case the postman can not deliver because you are not at home, you can go to your local Post office to collect the parcel within 7 days. Delivery will be made with DHL. Below you can choose the desired mode of payment.
3. Tips for dispatch:
1. Always send your console as a packet - NEVER as a small parcel!
A packet is insured for 500,00 € and you have a proof for the handing in.
2. Pack your console very careful!
If possible use a neutral carton or put the original carton with your console into a second, bigger carton or use brown wrapping paper.
